Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted in Tool Mart Inc. supported shipping promotions.
Standard UPS Shipping applies to items that meet the following criteria:
- Weight: 70 lbs or less per item
- Dimensions: Combined length + width + height does not exceed 108 inches
Freight Shipping is required for items that exceed standard shipping limits:
- Weight: Over 70 lbs per item
- Dimensions: Combined length + width + height exceeds 108 inches
- Oversized items requiring special handling
- Freight shipping rates calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination

Delivery typically requires appointment scheduling and may include additional fees
Processing Time
- Standard Shipping Items: Processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Freight Shipping Items: Processed within 2-3 business days due to special handling requirements
- Mixed Orders: Processing time determined by the longest lead time item in your order
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information when available

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping Options (for qualifying items):
- Standard Ground: 5-7 business days
- Express 2-Day: 2 business days (additional cost required)

Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (additional cost required, orders placed before 1:00 PM CT)
Freight Shipping Options (for oversized/heavy items):
- Standard Freight: 5-10 business days, rates calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and external factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. International shipping is not currently available.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at orders@toolmarthou.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly. Photos of damaged items may be requested to expedite the resolution process.
