• No cutting, stripping, or weaving of wire to build a pulling head — saves setup time at the reel
• Wire disconnects from the heads in about 2 minutes without cutting the conductor, so no length is lost
• Holds securely on NO-LUBE® wire, where conventional grips tend to slip
